RUNNING START STUDENTS!
Your courses have begun at Grays Harbor College and we want to wish you a great college experience and successful school-year.
A reminder to Running Start students returning to campus: If you are early for your next class, you are to report to the library, until the bell rings. DO NOT hang out around campus.
Since you do not have an advisory scheduled at AHS, your Counselor will be your Project ME Portfolio advisor. Your portfolio will be kept in the Guidance Center/Career Center. If you have not already picked up your portfolio packet for the year, please come in and get one.
Below are some important dates and reminders:
- Junior/Senior Parent Night—Wednesday, Sept 19—6:00-7:00 pm in the Community Room.
- Senior Project Proposals are due to Mrs. Page by October 11th. Please bring your completed proposal to your counselor prior to this date to get his/her signature.
- AHS Career Day & College Fair, Friday, November 16th 8-11:15 am. If you have not taken part in a ‘College & Career Day’ & if you are on campus during this time, please report to the Guidance Center or Main Office to select your careers to visit.
- College representatives are scheduled to visit throughout the fall season. Check the daily bulletin and the Guidance Center often to see if one of these visits fits your schedule.
