A.J. WEST Celebrates With 20 different events and 20 large groups of kids, it was a circus and a half at A J West last Friday, when Field Day 2005 was held.

Carrying a peanut in a spoon was harder than it looked. Going up and down with a steady peanut hand             The alarming tip to the cup on Bill's head foreshadowed trouble for the A J West's principal. Moments later Bill was heard to exclaim "Oooooh! that's cold."   "This is the way to do it, Mr. O'Donnell."   The Over and Under game passed a ball either over your head or between your legs.   This team set two records in the Over and Under game.   The bubble group warms up with a few little bubbles       Winding up for a great jump.   A great jump in progress.   Bean Bag champions, or so they said.   This is not a group hug, but rather 7 kids trying to untangle their linked hands without letting go of each other.   . .
