Miller Jr. High started an innovative After School Program for students several years ago. It continues to this day, under the name Harbor After School. The program is active at Miller Junior High and Elma Middle School. It provides a safe and enjoyable place for kids to play, or work on homework when school is over. Both adult and student mentors are available to aid students.
