Updating Voicemail Off Campus

• Call your direct ASD5 phone number
• After the voicemail message prompt starts, press *
• When prompted for ID enter your 4 digit phone extension followed by #
• When prompted for PIN enter your voicemail pin followed by #
• Press 4 to access Setup Options
• Press 1 to update your Greeting

For additional setting changes, follow the voice menu prompts after accesing Setup Options. 

If you do not know your voicemail PIN and require a reset, please submit a technology ticket.
