Hi, my name is Shari Hyde I have been with the Aberdeen School District for 33 years. I began my career as a para educator in 1987 at AJ West then moved to Robert Gray in 1988.While at Robert Gray I attended college two nights a week in Bremerton at Olympic College and earned a BA in education from Central Washington University. I left for summer vacation as an assistant and returned in in the fall of 1991 as a teacher, and I have been teaching preschool at Hopkins ever since. In 1993 I earned a Masters degree in Education from the University of Portland. I live in Hoquiam (please don't hold that against me) with my husband Chris ( a life long Grizzley Sorry!) and our children Noble age 18 and Joele age 15 both of whom are Bobcats. Our favorite family activities include; attending Special Olympic sporting events that both Noble and Joele participate in. GO Hawks!, watching Bobcat Basketball games (Noble manages the team and Joele plays in the pep band) GO Cats! and camping.
Welcome to preschool.
