• Wireless Problems

    There are several things that can cause wireless issues. Please try the following to resolve them:
    1.  Make sure the wireless adapter is not disabled or in Airplane mode. If you see signal bars or signal bars with an asterisk your wireless is enabled. 
    2. Make sure you are connected to the ASD5 or Guest network. Your laptop should automatically connect to ASD5 but sometimes it may end up on a different network. 
    3. If you are getting connection limited or no connections available, or even connected on the ASD5 network but you can load any pages, restart your system. Many times updates can cause the network adapter to stop working. 
    4. If a restart does not resolve the issue, try shutting the laptop down completely and then start it again. If this does not resolve the issue please see Mr. Mahon in the main office.
