The Aberdeen School District is accepting bids for Wireless Access Point Equipment funded by Erate 2026. 

Full bidding requirements will are included below in the posted RFP on the district website. Submissions which do not complete the bidding requirements will not be scored.

Request for Proposal Wireless Access Point Equipment, Erate 2026 - Vendor Questions:

1. (Vendor Question 1-28-26) Would the District accept a proposal submitted under BEAR invoicing, or is SPI required for consideration?
   1. At this time the SPI billing method is required for consideration. SPI has been the prefered method for erate payment for the District for many years for budgeting purposes. Additionally, since the RFP is posted and specifically mentions and requires SPI, it cannot be updated to allow for a different method without being reposted. The District will take this under consideration for future RFP's.
