• Updated sports physical 

Practice:  First day of practice is on Wednesday, January 2, 2019. All 8th grade players go from 2:45 to 4:15 pm and 7th grade starts at 4:15 to 5:45 pm. There is after school supervision for athletes who practice late. If your student/athlete has participated in football, cross country, or wrestling they will need to fill out a new Blue Card for basketball.
