If you find yourself feeling anxious during this difficult time, remember to breathe. Do something physical like breathing exercises, go for a walk, exercise, take a shower, etc, or do something creative like draw, write, sing, listen to music, etc. to help let go of your stress and negative energy. Also please remember to wear a mask (over both your nose and mouth) whenever you go out, wash your hands, use hand sanitizer and resist the urge to hang out with anyone who does not live in your household. Staying apart might not be fun but it's the safest way to keep everyone healthy, especially since people who don't seem sick can still have it and pass it to others.
