• The Business Office provides fiscal management, business, and operational support to the Aberdeen School District. Our office develops the District's budget, completes all required state and federal financial reports, completes processing of accounts payables and payroll,  benefits management and risk management for the district. 

    The approved budget and other financial reports for each school year are available at the district office. To access the OSPI financial reporting documents for Aberdeen, please visit the OSPI School Apportionment and Financial Services site and select "Aberdeen".

     Pre-Disaster Mitigation Plan

    The Aberdeen School District is currently working with the OSPI to develop a Pre-Disaster Mitigation Plan.  This plan outlines the district response to various natural disaster scenarios.  This plan has been presented to the Board of Directors.  Public input is encouraged.  Once public input is collected approval from the Board will be requested and the plan will be submitted to FEMA for their review.  This plan allows the Aberdeen School District to be eligible for funding from FEMA, if funds are available. Please send email suggestions to:  elouderback@asd5.org.
