Hello, and welcome to 4th grade!!

I am looking forward to a great 2022-2023 school year! I am so happy to be teaching at A.J. West.  This will be my sixth year working for the Aberdeen School District, and I'm so excited to be seeing some of my former students.  This is the group that I shared with Mrs. Rhoden, Mrs. Montoure, and Ms. Decou, as first graders!!  It is such a great group of kids.  I can't wait to see how far they've grown, and look forward to all of our experiences with the 4th grade team. 

I was born and raised in Grays Harbor, and moved back here in 2007.  In 2017, I earned my Masters Degree in teaching, and joined the A.J. West team as soon as I graduated.  Having spent all of my observation and student teaching time at West, I can't imagine teaching anywhere else. 

I currently live in Hoquiam, with my 11-year-old son.
