The Aberdeen School District will be migrating to Qmlative SIS from Skyward during the summer of 2026. Relevant dates and events will be added to this page as they are scheduled or become available. 

Migration Timeline and Events

• April 2026
  • Data Cleanup and System Prep for Migration continues
  • Migration Planning and initial training resources for staff made available
  • Qmlativ Training Database is available (contact jmckay@asd5.org to setup access and start learning now)
    • Update 8-7-26, the Q training database is no longer available 
• May 2026
• June 2026
  • 6-23-2026 (Skyward SMS access will end)
  • No online student enrollment until Qmlativ is back up
• July 2026
  • 7-23-2026 New Student Enrollment Active
• August 2026
  • Update: Early August (Tentative date Skyward Qmlativ will be up and running, access restored for general staff access)
