Miller Centennial Celebration

The Miller Centennial Celebration on Sunday, Jan. 28, drew many people in the community who remember their years in junior high and in Aberdeen Schools. Many thanks to those who put on this wonderful event. Please enjoy these pictures from the event, courtesy of Darrell Westmoreland.

John Hughes, our state's chief historian, former editor/publisher of the Daily World and a 1961 Aberdeen grad was the keynote speaker.

The program was chock full of students showcasing their school.

Mr. Jerry Salstrom, retired principal and one of the key organizers of Sunday's event, shares thoughts and an invitation to stay and peruse the historical exhibits the students prepared with help from community members.
