Good Morning, BobKittens!

Welcome to our THIRD and final day of Smart Start Conferences!
School Lunch
Today is the ONLY FRIDAY that you can go to a lunch site and get lunch.  After this, they give you TWO meals on Thursday!  So, today would be a great day to get outside in this beautiful weather and pop over to one of the elementary schools to see how lunch will work during distance learning.
Remember that school lunch is served at our elementary schools.
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays 11-1
There have been changes to the program so you no longer need your lunch ID card or your PIN number.
Remember you will be walking onto a school campus, so have a mask and stay 6 feet apart.  All school rules apply at the feeding sites so be the best BobKittens you can be!
Smart Start Conferences continue
Today is day THREE of Smart Start Conferences.  If you do not know the date and time of your conference, email your advisory teacher.  You must attend your conference.  If you are unable to make your appointment, communicate with your advisory teacher to reschedule.  We want you ready to learn on Tuesday, September 8th.
Monday, September 7th is a Nation-wide Holiday- Labor Day
Don't forget that Monday, September 7, is a Holiday.  School is closed.  There is no one at the MJH office that day to answer phone calls.  Hopefully, all of our Miller staff are also enjoying the holiday and not responding to emails.
Classes begin on Tuesday September 8!
Your classes start on Tuesday, September 8th!  Rise and shine and be ready to log into your advisory at 8 AM!
Music Classes
There were several emails sent out to students about Band, Orchestra, and Vocal Music.  There is information on our website as well, including the music schedule.  Please email the counselors if you are interested in taking a music class.
If you have been playing an instrument and you were in a band/orchestra class last year, your parents/guardians are the only ones that can have you drop a music class.
Instrument Rental Pick Up
Ted Brown night is September 9th from 5 to 7 PM.  Contact the band teacher, Mrs. Koski- or the orchestra teacher Mr. Peterson - if you have questions.
There will be a virtual after school program this year at Miller. It will begin September 21, and be 100% online for the time being.  The registration application process this year is digital.
Go, BobKittens!  Dream, Believe, Achieve!  Enjoy the 3 day weekend!
