Students who forget their signed parent health attestation can now fill out and sign their OWN attestation forms!
Also, students/families can fill the attestation out in Skyward now, but students would need a way to show the staff at the attestation station that it is complete (like the Skyward App on their phone).

I have exciting news! Students are now able to log-in to Destiny Discover with their Google account to search the library collection and they can place holds on books that are available. Mrs. Schreck will check for books on hold each day and deliver them to the students advisory class. Students are able to check out one book at a time. The book will be due in two weeks and they will need to return it to check out another.
Here is the link for Destiny Discover:
Here is a short video on how to put a hold on a book:
8th Grade Students:
We are starting to plan for our traditional end of year activities with all the health and safety guidelines and protocols. One of these end of the year activities is a video for our 8th Grade Moving Up Assembly (which is probably going to be a virtual assembly). This video features all of our current 8th grade students with photos of them in both kindergarten and 8th grade. Please make sure that you have your picture taken at Miller (the next date is April 26 and 27) even if you are not ordering pictures. This means we will have a current photo of you for the virtual assembly. While we work tirelessly to ensure we have photos of all students who attended Kindergarten here in Aberdeen, some photo discs were misplaced over the years. Additionally, if you did not attend Kindergarten in Aberdeen we do not have a photo of you. If you are not sure if we have a photo of you, you can email Mrs. Emmett (firstname.lastname@example.org) to check. If you would rather submit something just in case, you can do that here → https://forms.gle/44HNoJCFouZt25xu6

LOST AND FOUND
If you are missing a baseball mitt, please see Mrs Mcneal in the office.
Students- In Phase 3, there are spectators allowed at our home soccer and football games. However, with COVID there are still LOTS OF RULES. If you are a football player or soccer player, please share this information with your family.
NO STUDENTS can attend these events as spectators UNLESS they are with a family member/adult to sit with.
Spectator Expectations for soccer and football
We had our first girls soccer game at Stewart Field on April 1st and NO FOOLS- We had over 200 spectators! It was glorious. We are following Washington State Phase 3 Spectator Expectations at our MJH Soccer and Football games. (If our County goes BACK to Phase 2 or moves forward to Phase 4, these guidelines would be revised.) We are having ALL home soccer and football games at Stewart Field since they hold a larger crowd capacity. Our MJH home stadium can only hold 200 spectators under Phase 3 guidelines, and we can have 400 spectators at Stewart Field! Please come prepared to wait in line at 6 feet apart to get through the attestation for spectators.
